Bar Harbor Seafood is one of the largest fresh, frozen and live seafood providers in Florida, and we proudly serve restaurants, hotels, theme parks, country clubs, supermarkets and other customers throughout the state. Since 1986, we provide the most consistent, highest quality seafood and specialty items available.

SQF Certified

Bar Harbor Seafood is fully licensed and insured, and we operate under the highly supervised Safe Quality Foods (SQF) program. Our company is approved by the Food & Drug Administration. We belong to the Southeastern Fisheries Association and the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association. We have also obtained Bioterrorism certifications.

Bar Harbor Seafood operates out of a 65,000 square foot facility that includes fresh fish coolers, processing area, sub-zero holding freezers and also encloses our state-of-the-art Live Lobster holding system that maintains inventories of up to  40,000 lbs at any given time. Our operations facility features a more spacious, contemporary processing room, along with a well-stocked dry storage area and multi-level freezer area. Quality Seafood

We source the finest quality and variety of seafood every day. With over 800 fresh, frozen, live and specialty items, you have access to a variety of products for all your menu needs. Whether domestic or imported, we source seafood of the highest quality. Our traceability standards include lot tracking, supplier compliance documentation, and specific receiving procedures. In the case of swordfish for example, this allows us to track product back to the boat that caught it and the region it was caught in.

Customer Service

In an effort to provide the highest standard of customer service, we hired the most knowledgeable Sales Specialists in almost every area of the state. These professionals are passionate about this industry and serving their clients. Among them are Spanish and Chinese speaking representatives with decades of seafood backgrounds to assist with all menu ideas. Our distribution fleet of 40 refrigerated delivery trucks provides our customers with fresh product  6 days a week throughout Florida, except the Panhandle.
